    There are some instances where we cannot accept a returned item.

    Use the original courier packaging you received your item in to repackage and send back to us at our distribution centre.  Make sure the original delivery details are not visible and address to:

    Any returns must be in original unused and unworn condition with their tags still attached.  The original packaging must also be returned with your item.

    If a refund is approved for faulty products where a replacement is not possible, the product price and freight will be credited back using the original payment method.

    Proof of purchase will be required for all returns.

    We strive to despatch all orders within 1-2 working days.  Delivery is dependent on where you live in New Zealand and Internationally.  Most New Zealand North Island packages will arrive within 2-3 Business Days and the New Zealand South Island within 3-4 Business Days.  Please allow an extra 3 working days for rural deliveries.
