You can return an item to us for an exchange of size or colour, or even if the product is not quite what you expected we will happily provide an exchange for purchases returned within 14 days. Sale items are final sale and are unable to be returned unless faulty.
Unfortunately with the exception of faulty items, we are unable to accept items returned that are not in their original condition or returned after 14 days of you receiving your item. We will contact you to discuss if you would like your items to be returned to you at your cost.
Original condition includes having all tags and packaging where applicable to be returned in original condition with the items.
Caffeinated Kiwis will meet all obligations required under the Consumer Guarantees Act to remedy any situation involving faulty or damaged items.
We pride ourselves on our strict quality control and we strive to ensure every item we send out is meeting our high standards. If items you have received from us are faulty please contact our customer services team on +64 09 8205807 or firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange their pick up and return to our distribution centre. Caffeinated Kiwis will then remedy the situation with either a replacement where possible or a full refund including freight charges will be provided if a replacement is not possible for faulty items. Replacement items will be sent freight free. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience and we promise to make it right as quickly as possible.

Please remember unless you are returning a faulty item any returns must be in original unused and unworn condition with their tags still attached.
Refunds for faulty products will be credited back using the original payment method.
