We are sure you will be completely in LOVE with your purchase from Caffeinated Kiwis. We also recognise that ordering online can be tricky, so yes! You can return an item to us for an exchange of size or colour, or even if the product is not quite what you expected we will happily provide an exchange for purchases returned within 14 days. Please contact our customer services team on +64 09 8205807 or info@caffeinatedkiwis.co.nz to obtain a returns number within 7 days of receiving your purchase and our customer service team will be happy to help you with how to arrange your return.
DISPATCH TIMES
We will always aim to dispatch your order within one working day. Our distribution centre can be extremely busy within peak times so it may take 1-2 days on these occasions.
DELIVERIES WITHIN NEW ZEALAND ONLY
Orders will be sent via courier with a transit time of approximately 2-3 working days from date of dispatch. Please allow additional days for rural deliveries. From time to time we may use alternative delivery methods but this will not impact the shipping charges.
We need a physical street address for your order because couriers don’t deliver to PO boxes. Yes, we will deliver to rural delivery addresses.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM
Use the original courier bag / box you received your item in to repackage and send back to us at our distribution centre. Make sure the original delivery details are not visible and address to:

Please remember unless you are returning a faulty item any returns must be in original unused and unworn condition with their tags still attached.
Refunds for faulty products will be credited back using the original payment method.
Proof of purchase will be required for all returns.
